Submission deadline: October 1, 2024

To participate in the Education Research Awards competitions, authors with accepted abstracts will develop a full manuscript and submit it to the award competition portal by October 1, 2024. The award portal will open once presenters have registered.

Cancellation policy

*Cancellations received by August 15, 2024 will be eligible for a full refund less 2% administrative fee.
*Cancellations received between August 16, 2024 and Oct 1, 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund less 2% administrative fee.
Cancellations received after October 1, 2024 are non-refundable.

How to request refunds: Please ensure that any cancellations and/or refund requests are sent via email to educationconference@wfc.org within the specified dates provided above. Refunds will be issued one week following the Conference and will be credited back to the card utilized for the registration.
