Cancellation policy

*Cancellations received by August 31, 2024 will be eligible for a full refund less 2% administrative fee.

*Cancellations received between September 1, 2024 and Oct 15, 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund less 2% administrative fee.

Cancellations received after October 15, 2024 are non-refundable.

*By close of business Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

How to request refunds: Please ensure that any cancellations and/or refund requests are sent via email to educationconference@wfc.org within the specified dates provided above.

Refunds will be subject to 2% administrative charge and will be processed one week after the Conference.
