Invitation to the Congress
In its 60th anniversary year the World Health Organization is holding its first ever Congress on Traditional Medicine. This includes four technical symposia organized for WHO by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in official relations. These relate to acupuncture, herbal medicines, manual health care and self-care.
The World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) is honoured to organize and invite you to the Symposium on Manual Health Care. Delegates registering for this Symposium are automatically registered for the full Congress and are entitled to attend all events as described in the following documents:

In summary, the purpose of the Congress is to promote the integration and use of traditional medicine/complementary and alternative medicine (TM/CAM) in national health care systems, and the purpose of the Symposium on Manual Health Care is to review the status of different providers of this form of health care in various countries throughout the world.
